Any educational content, calculators, checklists, or assessments provided through the Site are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific situation.
Retirement Success Club is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States government, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB), the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or any other federal agency.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, dates of birth, or government-issued ID numbers through the Site. Please do not submit this information through any form on the Site.

A. With Advisor Partners:
When you request a strategy session, consultation, or to be connected with a retirement specialist, we may share your contact information and the information you provided in assessments or forms with one or more independent licensed insurance and financial professionals ("Advisor Partners") so that they can contact you. By submitting your information through forms designated for this purpose, you expressly consent to this sharing.
Our Advisor Partners are independent businesses and not employees, agents, or representatives of Retirement Success Club. Once your information is shared with an Advisor Partner, that Advisor Partner's own privacy practices will apply to their use of your information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any professional you choose to work with.
B. With Service Providers:
We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate our business, including:

-Email and SMS delivery services
-Website hosting and analytics providers
-Advertising and retargeting platforms

B. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to text messages, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Retirement Success Club at the number provided, including marketing messages sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help.

C. Phone Calls:
By providing your phone number through a form requesting a strategy session, consultation, or other direct contact, you consent to receive phone calls from Retirement Success Club and our Advisor Partners regarding your inquiry, including calls placed using automated dialing technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by notifying us or the calling party.
6. Data Retention:
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inactive subscriber records are typically retained for [3-7] years from last activity, after which they may be deleted or anonymized.
